5 Greenway Cottage:
House Rules.
Not adhering to these rules can lead to eviction where necessary without any refund of fees paid.
All fees as well as the required deposit are payable in advance. No guest will be admitted if all costs have not been paid in full.
The breakages/ lost items deposit will be refunded by direct electronic bank transfer only.
Guests have to ensure the host has their full banking details for the refund of this deposit/ or remainder thereof.
If there is no damage to or disappearance of the host’s property, the full deposit will be refunded within 7 days after the guests’ exit date.
All damage to or lost items of the host’s property will be subtracted from the deposit. Where damage and or lost items are in excess of the deposit amount, the guest will be held responsible for the full balance of the replacement cost and or repair cost at current market value.
Parking is available right in front the cottage only and is used on own risk. Guests are not allowed to park in the host’s driveway.
Guests are allowed to entertain friends and family but they are not to stay over. Please try to curb festivities after 23h00.
Guests who stay longer than a week can arrange with the host to replace bedding.
Guests are responsible for their own housekeeping and food during their stay.
Braai / BBQ facilities are being used at own risk.
The host will not be responsible for any kind of damage or injury of guests or their guests or their property while using 5Greenway Cottage at 5 Greenway Drive, Ridgeworth, Bellville.
Guests are welcome to discuss with the host any problems or suggestions with regard to the accommodation.
Exit time is at 11:00 am except where other arrangements have been made with the host during the booking arrangements.
Do not use any form of scourer on any appliance or fixture.
Do not flush any personal hygiene products down the toilets.
The temperature settings of the under floor heating controls, may only be adjusted by an adult. The recommended temperature during winter is 20 degrees Celsius.
No guest is allowed to climb on to any roof or wall.
The second storey is very high with stairs and a balcony, therefore guests have to ensure that their children are properly supervised at all times.
