Pricing and Payment Details
From R200 to R700 per day depending on:
- The time of year,
- The length of booking, and
- The number of people.
Please do an enquiry to obtain the cost for your specific accommodation needs.
Prices can change without prior notice. Where deposits have been paid, the price will stay as negotiated with the host.
To secure your booking:
- A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation cost has to be paid immediately by bank deposit or direct bank transfer only, and
- Proof of the payment has to be faxed immediately to 088 021 910 2324.
To gain access to the accommodation, guests have to pay the following, 5 days prior to the day on which they book in:
- The balance (50%) of the total accommodation cost, and
- R600 deposit for possible damages to the host’s property.
- Proof of payment has to be faxed immediately to 088 021 910 2324.
Refund of deposit:
The host will refund the R600 deposit to the guest within 7 days of the guest’s exit date provided that:
- There were no damages to the property. (Please see ‘House Rules’ for cleaning fee), and
- The guest supplied the host with his/her full banking details.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Reservations will automatically be released if payment is not made within the specified period.
- Cancellation 6 weeks or more prior to arrival will be liable to 25% (of total amount) admin fee
- Cancellation 4 weeks or more prior to arrival will be liable to 50% (of total amount) admin fee
- Cancellation 2 weeks or more prior to arrival or in case of a NO-SHOW will be liable to 100% (of total amount) admin fee
